Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction onl, spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

Okay, so I give this five stars because I have been researching a wool type rug for months now and I can safely say I think this one hits the jackpot. Other wool rugs I have read that were the size I needed had negative reviews on color or pilling… even the way it was shipped, which was folded!!! There were no reviews on this and it’s over a thousand so I took a chance. First it caned ROLLED properly long ways.Woo good start! Second it’s I think like 40 percent polyester which I knew that fabric would bring a softness and sheen to the wool contrast… and it does! If you lay on it it’s not as soft as a synthetic but I knew that about wool rugs anyways. The color… other people who bought brown wool rugs said it picks up purple so I was worried about this one. It’s brown! In full light it’s brown, but I think certain lighting it can look purple which it’s fine it’s not that big of deal. If you had a very natural light area this will certainly pick up true brown. When it’s dimmed light it does have. Slight purple tinge but I just think that’s how brown wool rugs are now that I have one. It’s no big deal to me. Overall from other review pictures on brown wool rugs compared to this one… I mean this is exactly what I was looking for. In real life it’s a more deep brown, exactly what I wanted.. Amber. A fresh foundation goes a long way toward revamping any room. Case in point: this handwoven area rug. I like the Jute Indoor Area Rug and it goes very well with my home theme, I wish the color was a little richer as the description in the picture. Designed for both style and practicality, the Eva collection is excellent choice for busy areas. Hand-loomed from durable wool, it provides a soft, comfortable feel underfoot while standing up to everyday wear. The clean design and subtle fringe detailing offer a versatile look that complements a variety of spaces

I ordered this rug to layer over another rug in a sunroom. I had expected a slightly redder tone, but this is a nice brick shade that blends with the other colors in the room. The rug is thicker than anticipated and quite comfortable. It’s also not a solid color but varied shades of brick that gives it visual interest. The only reason for not giving it a 5 rating is that the fringe is thicker and longer than I expected, and I’m not a big fan of fringe.. Beth. Hendersonville, NC. Sat Mar 16 2024
