I absolutely love this rug. I got the runner. It is soft enough underfoot for me to stand on it barefoot a long time while I wash dishes. It has a slightly rough natural wool texture that gives it a high-quality resilient feel. This definitely isn't a rug that will wear out. I was concerned that the soft pink color would be too pink in person but it was true to the product images. I love the colors. The moody vibe was what I was going for. It’s much thinner than I was hoping for and not very soft. Helpful tip use ice cubes and a heavy object to flatten curled up ends. Ice is key! Downside I feel they could’ve done better in their shipping department. The rug wasn’t rolled and wrapped in clear wrap. The wrong color rug was sent, we called and they apologized for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the color we ordered is now sold out. They refunded us fully and let us keep the wrong rug.
