Zia Handmade Flatweave Wool/Viscose Cream Area Rug

The rug is not as impressive as we anticipated . Overpriced under delivered . Sorry

It’s more yellow than cream and then it had a yellow spot so it was defective. I ordered another aside from the round I got the rectangle one and I called to return the one that was defective and stop the other one it hasn’t arrived yet and for that return that I haven’t received yet they were they charged me $120 for the return. So will I ever order from them again No absolutely not! I know I canceled the order in plenty of time but being that they have to call it back they’re charging me for that return. So no before you order if it’s not what you want and you receive it you will get charge for that return. They should say wool viscose cream/yellow area rug very strong yellow undertone

I am really happy with the rug! It is soo soft. I am saving for a memory foam rug pad.

Beware-the cream rug has yellow tones. It is not as pictured. The rug is beautifully made.

It’s a nice rug, warm. Not as fluffy as I expected. But because of silk it always looks very welcoming and new. We have it over a year, and I still enjoy it!

Its a thin rug but once I put a rug pad underneath it, the rug was perfect!

Very nice quality, natural wool rug. The only reason not 5 stars is that it was thinner than I expected for the money
