I am used to new rugs shedding, but these rugs are ridiculous. they keep putting out a fine powdery dust rather than small fibers. I sure hope this stops soon because I am very unhappy with this situation. Also, you can not use a beater brush on your vacuum to clean it. All I have is that kind of vacuum. Now I am going to have to go buy some type of vacuum I an actually use on these rugs.

The material is a sisal and very rough. If kneel or sit fibers get on your clothing. Will be returning.

Love this rug! Looks like a jute rug but actually has a softer chenille feel to it. Adds great texture and color to the room! Really good quality for the price as well
