Rafe Handmade Wool Gray Area Rug

The rug is high quality wool and even more attractive in person than in pictures. The pattern is subtle, yet interesting and very neutral! The gray is a rich, beautiful shade of gray! I ordered the 9’ x 12’ and it looks great in front of the fireplace with a sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table and side table w lamp.

This is a great rug. Well worth the price. Someone said it looks blue, maybe it depends on your lighting. Mine looks grey

Rug arrived quickly and in good condition. Up close the color is a pale baby blue, but afar reads more as gray. The color is muted and the pattern subtle enough that it feels like a good neutral. Texture feels good underfoot.

Nice texture but still subtle!

This is a beautiful rug, but after only 3 days, it is fraying in several spots. Also, it is listed as 8' x 10' but it measures 8' x 9.5' which is annoying.

This rug is truly beautiful! We are slowly redecorating our front living room (new couch is next) but had been looking for a rug with a midcentury nod without being so literal to get the process started. I’d been on the hunt for months and then voila! This took the cake. It was much nicer than I expected. Price was fantastic as well. It does have lots of blue in it as another reviewer had noted, but it’s still very neutral and the color variation gives it good interest. It has good texture without being a trip hazard. I highly recommend this rug!
