Loloi Margot Antique/Sage Area Rug feat. CloudPile

If I could give these rugs ZERO stars, I would. I actually purchased 5 in varying sizes for our new home and really loved the runners and smaller rug when they were delivered and brand new. The CloudPile, when brand new, is amazingly soft and the colors and print were spot on. I really thought I'd found the perfect rugs. So, I bought two of the largest size area rugs; one for my living room and one for my bedroom. I was not as pleased with the larger rugs, because the larger designs looked very digitally printed and blurred, noticeably darker and not nearly as nice as the smaller sizes. These issues aren't even why I am rating these rugs so low... In less than a year, these rugs just look old, flat, dirty and the design on the high traffic areas has basically smeared away. It looks dirty and dingy no matter how I try to clean them. I believe the issue is that while the CloudPile is so soft when its new, unfortunately the designs are just printed on the very tips of the "CloudPile" rug fibers and the fibers at the base of the rug are solid white (unprinted). Over time the design printed on the tips of the fibers just rub off or smear which again, makes the rug look dirty and dingy no matter how well it is cleaned. And on top of that, the rugs are completely flat after a year's use - no more soft cushy CloudPile, just flat and dingy like a cheap doormat :( Unfortunately all of my rugs are showing so much wear I'm embarrassed when company comes over. I wish I had not bought any of these rugs and would strongly urge other customers not to make the same mistake and investment that I did. Including pictures to show the wear and tear, but honestly they don't look half as bad in the pictures as they do in person. So disappointed in these rugs and this brand!

Perfect rug for my bedroom. Lived it so much I ordered another for my bathroom. So so so soft! Great product and great price. Would buy again and again (I did).

Buttery soft with a beautiful design. We love how it feels and how it adds the perfect touch of dimension to our neutral space. We initially planned to use it in the dining room, unaware of what 'CloudPile' meant, but it's better suited for a low-traffic area or a bedroom where its cozy, soft texture can be appreciated. The quality and printed design are as expected for the price. We’ll find another spot for it and likely purchase a larger one for our guest room as well.

I love this rug. It's so soft and feels good on our feet. The colors are really nice and we all like it. It goes so well with the room. I highly recommend this rug.
