I got this rug to replace my last hallway rug that moved around constantly because of my dogs running up and down the hallway. This one definitely has more substantial weight to it and stays put better. It’s nice and thick and the hand knotted material gives it a nice cozy natural vibe. This is my first time owning a hand knotted wool rug. The description does say not to use a vacuum with a beater bar and that does seem important.
