Danette Hand Tufted Wool Natural Rug

I am sorry to say that there was something wrong with the rug. There were white pellets coming out between the wool which at first we thought were just shipping material. But it kept happening and when we looked closely, there were pieces of wool missing in the backing filled in by this white material that was shedding out - maybe glue??? Not sure but it hurts to walk on and already had bare areas within two days. Joss & Main were VERY helpful in giving me a full refund - completely agreed that the rug was defective and they didn't make me go through the hassle of returning it which I appreciated it. The only thing positive I can say is the color is nice and the service was good. Hopefully this was just a manufacturing error -
