Hand Tufted Wool Cream Rug

Super soft, well made, good backing so I don’t need a pad under either. Modern look, Very happy with purchase.

It is the perfect size for my living room and the quality is very good.

I really love the look and feel of this rug. It sheds a ton, at least up from (have only had for a few weeks) but I expected that. Also, as with most plush wool rugs, it’s impossible to clean (my dog already had an accident). I’d probably get something else for a high traffic area.

Looks just like the stock pictures. Super soft and plush. Wish I had gone bigger because it is a nice rug.

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The color is completely different from what was shown in the photos—it has a yellowish tint rather than the off-white I expected. On top of that, the carpet pills excessively, making it look worn out almost immediately. and it’s only been about two months since I got it. For the price, I expected better quality. This experience is a reminder of why I’ve had doubts about Wayfair’s product consistency. It often feels like a gamble, and the return policy only adds to the frustration. I’m not happy with the quality and would have much preferred a full refund without the hassle of returning the item..
