You get exactly what you see in the photo. The rug I received was securely packed, protected edges and double plastic wrap, so I was able to get the roll out of the dirty layer before I got it inside. We are going to use it in a covered porch though. It measures exactly 8x10. Lays perfectly flat. I saw it in a local store for a much higher price, nearly double, and the store rug had been on the floor for months, had some stains and signs of wear. I am very glad to have found it here. This is my first perigold purchase. I will not hesitate to order here again.
