Lilah Light Gray Hand-Knotted Rug

This area rug lends a textural foundation and a modern, understated vibe to your space. It is handwoven from a blend of wool and cotton in a soft, light gray that complements most design schemes. Given the pile height of 0.375”, it has ample cushioning and is soft underfoot – making it best suited for low-traffic areas like your bedroom or office. We recommend vacuuming with no beater bar for optimal results. Roll this rug out over a pad to prevent shifting and keep it in place.

Great quality of the rug we ordered and rapid delivery as well. Joss and Main did their part but the delivery was two days late because of FedEx inept delivery stall in Independence KY. I would highly recommend the Elle Handmade Wool Ivory Rug by Birch Lane™ Thanks!. Philip. IN. Fri Jun 19 2026

This tufted area rug creates a cozy, modern vibe. The neutral ivory and gray striated pattern suits almost any style or color scheme. Handmade from wool and viscose, its 0.31" pile height adds comfort underfoot while being easy to vacuum, making it perfect for higher traffic areas. Pair with a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding.

Simple, yet compelling, this area rug is easy to incorporate into just about any space around your home. It's handmade in India from viscose using a hand-loomed technique. We love the subtle distressing throughout, so this piece looks welcoming and worn-in as soon as it arrives. To help keep it in place and reduce shifting and sliding, we recommend pairing this area rug with a rug pad underneath (sold separately).
