This product came defective. I tried to use the JM chat however after a 20 minute chat they said try back later. Now I'm several days outside of my return window and I have a defective rug. I was excited to have this rug for my new home however I'm very disappointed in Joss & Main's customer service/chat etc for making this process delayed so now I have NO return or replacement options. The chat assistant asked me to show them the defective areas and then stopped chatting. JM please correct this problem.
