Disappointed.
The rug is described to be brown and black as well as the pictures shown on the website. The rug we received has a very light gray pattern color at best. It still works and I like the rug the color is just not as described. Additionally, when I purchased the rug it was 10% off, in less than a week from receiving the rug is now 20% off. Upon reaching out to customer service they will not honor the new/current price by issuing a credit...I would have to return the rug in the original packaging and pay the return shipping so I could then repurchase it to receive the now 20% off. Poor service in my opinion. especially when the rug isn't as expected.
