I ordered two of the 2 x 3 size. Upon delivery, one was soiled with a grease spot and the one had a small hole where the jute fiber had broken. Wayfair refunded my purchase promptly after requesting photos of the damage. I considered reordering, but I'm afraid to trust this manufacturer.
