I never received this rug that I ordered over 3 weeks ago. No Brontë rug or refund yet. The company said they sent rug. I have had to spend much time on the phone and emailing them & still, No resolution yet. This company is very unorganized. Both items I ordered got back ordered-yet the person on the phone I spoke with says they have them in the warehouse. She said it was confusing. The phone contact- just asked if I wanted store credit for my rug. HAHA. Seriously? And then start this process of ordering and not getting my items again? They wanted a photo with this review. Here is my bare floor, still awaiting a rug! Their ad “free 2 day delivery” is funny though, as it’s 3 weeks later and still none of my order is here yet. Update~1 week later: received the second rug. & I was emailed that the Brontë is no longer in stock & they refunded $. (~1month later)

High quality beautiful rug at a great price. Colors are true to online images. Love it!

This rug is great! The blue in it is like a soldier blue that is the perfect pop of color while still going with everything. The quality is excellent and the fringe seems super durable too. I've vacuumed it a couple times and it handled really well.

We placed the runner in our catskills cabin, and it looks perfect. The palette matches our existing pieces. The pile is thick and soft. Highly recommend.

Really beautiful and comfy. The tassels will need a little combing through after they arrive.
