It's nice quality but not exactly the color as pictured in the photos. Four stars -- will be returning to get a different model also from joss and main

After a bad experience with a competitor, I was surprised that customer service was still available. Joss and Main went over and beyond to keep me informed on the status of my order. I had personal communication with a real person (Kathy) in the Oakbrook store. She also followed and ensured timely delivery of my order. Very impressed with the professionalism and caring nature of this organization! Thank you Joss and Main!

Disappointing at so so many levels! The “Grey” color pulls very blue in any lighting. The “weave” looks like a rug hook craft project that I did in 6th grade. The rugs weaving feels lumpy and is not soft underfoot…. at all! A good photographer can make anything look good, that’s the case here. Even without the color deviation the weave, texture and feel of the carpet is just so disappointing. I’ll be returning it!

Very high quality rug. Right when I opened the package & saw the carpet fibers I knew this was a winner. Carpet is very thick & well made. This was used in a Penthouse that I designed for a client. Highly recommend !
