Alba Hand-Loomed Pattern Rug

Add an earthy yet elevated accent to your space with this solid taupe area rug. It's handmade from a blend of wool and viscose with a canvas backing, and it showcases a purposefully faded design that gives it the look of a flea-market-find. We love how the medium height adds a fresh foundation to your living room or bedroom while still being easy to vacuum. Plus, it's safe to use on heated floors. Pro-tip: Pair this piece with a rug pad for added cushion and to help keep it in place.

This rug is absolutely gorgeous! I ordered the grey and it looks a lot lighter in person that it does online. It's more of a bone color with specks of charcoal peeking through. I took a star off because it does seem to shed quite a bit. Hopefully this will go away in a month or two.. Melanie. Gaithersburg, MD. Mon Sep 26 2022

This area rug lays down a textured foundation that brings a clean, contemporary feel to your home. Crafted from a blend of wool and viscose, its plush pile feels great underfoot while adding a layer of subtle dimension to your floors. The simple pattern integrates seamlessly into existing decor without taking over the space. Plus, the sturdy canvas backing provides enhanced structure to keep it laying flat over time.

Though it may not look it, this indoor rug is super plush. And, with a slight hint of sheen, you get a bit of glam style for a balance of subtle and bold. A neutral color palette makes it fit with various aesthetics and color schemes. Hand-loomed from wool and viscose, its high 0.56" pile height provides ample cushioning underfoot in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms. It's also safe on heated floors. To keep it from slipping and sliding around, we recommend pairing it with a rug pad (sold separately).

Great quality of the rug we ordered and rapid delivery as well. Joss and Main did their part but the delivery was two days late because of FedEx inept delivery stall in Independence KY. I would highly recommend the Elle Handmade Wool Ivory Rug by Birch Lane™ Thanks!. Philip. IN. Fri Jun 19 2026
