Jivika Oriental Blue/Wheat/Cream Area Rug

This product came defective. I tried to use the JM chat however after a 20 minute chat they said try back later. Now I'm several days outside of my return window and I have a defective rug. I was excited to have this rug for my new home however I'm very disappointed in Joss & Main's customer service/chat etc for making this process delayed so now I have NO return or replacement options. The chat assistant asked me to show them the defective areas and then stopped chatting. JM please correct this problem.

Looks as-advertised and very soft. Super thin so get a plush rug pad!

This is an absolutely beautiful rug-I can’t believe the price! We have dogs and expensive rugs are not an option. This one is so perfect and cleanable, I am buying a second to use at opposite ends of a large room.

I really enjoyed unwrapping this rug! It looks great in my space and I can use it in multiple different rooms - I love the pop of color. Very pleased.

Colors are beautiful - very true to as pictured on the site. It is very thin, which is what I wanted. If Yiu want a more plush feeling I’m sure a rug pad will do the trick.
