I purchased this rug during a Black Friday sale. It’s a great rug but too small. I wanted to exchange it. Customer service would not honor the Black Friday discount for an exchange and does not cover the cost of return shipping for an exchange. I’m disappointed - I don’t want more “stuff” that doesn’t fit my needs. I won’t be using the company again.

It isn't red its hot pink. It's not really a rug it's a mat. It looks cheap.
