Not the quality nor style that was published in the picture. It has shimmer gold and blue hues and doesn't look like neutral at all. It is ugly and highly do not recommend purchasing. I tried to return and they wanted me to undue the entire rug. The cusomer service was horrible online.

Its a very nice rug but definitely more tan than gray, at least to my eye. It is a nice blend of tan and gray fibers but I feel like the tan stands out a little bit more than the gray. I wouldn't say I love it just based on that factor, but I still like it and it will work in the space. The quality is wonderful. It is thinner and not stiff, which is what I was looking for so like that it lays nicely and doesn't get bunched or moved around a lot with a pad. No shedding and easy to vaccuum, fringe is simple and doesn't get clumpy.
