I was really so pleasantly surprised when we opened the package. The rug is thin, but very soft and the color is really beautiful. We paired it with dark gray sofas, and they are very complimentary. I would not say that there is gray in the rug, rather there are bits of brown, but somehow the nap is contributing a grey tone that is cohesive. I don’t see anywhere to compliment or delivery drivers in particular, but the service was outstanding. In addition to the standard text, they replied to my questions and took extra care to park the rug in a location that was not visible from the street.
