The grey is not as dark as it is in the photos. I tried to take photos myself, but the grey also turns out darker, and ends up looking just like the listing photos... in reality it is a lighter grey with a lot of white fibers, so there is not as strong of a contrast between the grey rectangles and white section, but still just enough separation of the colors. Also, it is 85 Polyester, 15 Wool. Still a beautiful rug and I will be keeping it!
