So much better than expected. Color was my biggest hesitation but it didnt disappoint. Id describe as a milk chocolate/tan border. No pad needed as this is a heavy wool. Def recommend

Although it’s a beautiful rug, the color isn’t as vibrant as the picture. I rated this rug this way because it sheds far too much! I have pieces of wool everywhere. I vacuum once a day.

Beautiful rug no question. It does shed a tremendous amount and requires a vacuum that can handle a high pile. It’s beautiful and well worth the dollars but also very high maintenance.
