Exactly what I wanted! Quality is great. To anyone curious about the pilling/large quantities of excess fibers - it’s wool and there is no way around that with any wool rug. It always takes a while for the top layer to wear off and you just have to be ready to use the vacuum for a little while! This is my 3rd large wool rug from Joss and they are worth the cost.

Love this rug runner. Great combination of sophistication and practicality with the jute keeping it easy to keep clean.

This was my second purchase of this rug and the first one ordered 3 years ago was MUCH softer and MUCH better quality. It's a nice rug but not what it use to be. It's just more rough and the pattern is not as clean looking.

I must say I'm disappointed in the quality of the rug from Joss & Main. The material is subpar and I was looking for something more durable. If that wasn't enough, the return shipping fee is a whopping $40.00 on a 170.00 dollar rug! This is crazy for this day and age of online shopping. Return shipping should be free. I will not be purchasing from this company in the future. Lesson Learned!

I was told 3 days ago that you were sending replacement rug due to this discoloration around while parameter of rug. Today U had voicemail that they cannot see discoloration. Someone must be blind. I like the rug, but not happy about this issue and want replacement. I have saved my text message stating that my replacement would be arriving today. This is not good business.

This rug is perfect for my den! I can tell it’s great quality, and isn’t showing any dirt even with three pets! Beautiful!

Good quality! Nice & thick. Stays in place without a pad. It smells a little when you first open it, but it's gone after 24 hours. I wish it was a tad more plush/comfy, but otherwise we love it!
