Opened the rug with excitement and overcome with extreme disappointment. What is supposed to be cream-colored elegant stripes appear STAINED and MUDDY BROWN; I tried dusting off the stains only to find that the rug came straight up dirty. Unsure why. Really was looking forward to this rug; I am displeased and seeking money back.
