Iam seeking a full refund including return shipping…let’s talk shipping, this gigantic and very heavy rug was folded AND rolled, its lumpy and does not lay anywhere near flat, ALSO, has a soiled spot from where the plastic wrap tore during shipping. The rug its self is not soft, it’s rough…disappointed all around. If it was delivered unsoiled and rolled so laid smoothly, I would consider keeling it but rumpled, soiled and rough, no thanks. WHY handle a product this poorly? It’s beyond me.
