Great quality of the rug we ordered and rapid delivery as well. Joss and Main did their part but the delivery was two days late because of FedEx inept delivery stall in Independence KY. I would highly recommend the Elle Handmade Wool Ivory Rug by Birch Lane™ Thanks!

The rug looks and feels great but came with a very foul odor. We aired it out for days and the odor did not subside. We had to pay to return it even though it had such a strong odor and there was nothing we could do to get rid of the odor. It is supposed to be Green Guard Certified without off gassing but it must not be if the odor is that prominent.
