Well-built chair with a soft back pillow. The height goes higher than most chairs I've found. The seat cushion is a bit hard, but I'm hoping that with everyday use it will break in and get softer.

It’s only been a week and already the padding is compressed and it’s squeaking quite a bit. I’m only 130 lbs so I think this is extreme. (Also, I'm not part of the Neighbors Program)

Really impressed with the quality of this chair! We bought 2 for our office and I love how they look and they're comfortable to sit in. I was also impressed with how well they were packed and how easy assembly was. I needed to find office chairs that had the look I was after but also had a decent height adjustment range - so happy I found these!
