Product was delivered in a clean box, but the chair had a broken leg. Support was not helpful and had to escalate to the manufacturer. Now I have a big box in a small condo with no answers.

We love the look of the recliner and the store model was very comfortable. Sadly, the product arrived broken twice. Poor manufacturing quality. The service reps were fantastic, and we were eventually refunded our money. Great people and a responsive company, but a poorly made product.

The leather color of the chair is a subtle cognac…nice. It is slightly too short to rest comfortably in. The arms have an odd design detail at the front. The headrest is also set at a forward-leaning angle. This tilt is not shown in any of the images.
