The picture makes the metal frame look closer to black. The description notes gray but from the photo It looks like a really dark grey, however its much lighter in person and not close to image, looks a bit washed out. I bought a separate table that was looked like the same material / color but it was a true black so now they don't match. Unfortunately they don't have a matching table that you can buy separately..
