Overall the quality of the sofa was good. The ottoman, however missed a quality control inspection and had a broken foot and an unsecured seat frame to the main frame. For all pieces the tubular metal on the frame had good welds but some rough cuts left extremely sharp edges. Stamped steel for the piece connectors also had sharp edges. Plenty of excess glue was visible on the underside. For the corner piece the cover was tethered by cloth ties pulled tight against sharp stamped steel corner supports.
