the chairs arrived and there was not a problem putting them together except for 1 bolt missing and that was easily resolved, thank you. The dining table and chairs look beautiful on our patio. I would say when the chairs are being packaged more care should be taken. We had several chairs and also the table with scratches or small cracks because the pieces were not protected for scraping against each other in the box.
