white glove service was supposed to be included. The did carry the chairs to the back yard but they didn't do a good job putting them together. My husband had to tighten all the screws and we are missing 2 so now I have to call and try and get those....disappointing

DO NOT BUY! After just 10 months these EXPENSIVE chairs started to fall apart, hairs of fiber glass all over the pool, making them impossible to sit on, the will irritate your skin within seconds, unstop itching for hours. The chairs also have black stains that wont cone off. We barely used them during the 10 months we’ve had them. It is a completely waste of money, they don’t even look pretty on my pool anymore, they look nasty

Ordered July 2024 and beds were put on pool ledge in September 2024. I am getting rid of both beds. The fiberglass is all over and the beds are unusable now! Absolute waste of money $$$$ - do not buy these. My grandchildren were crying in pain after sitting on these and had fiberglass all over their little bodies! Absolutely disgraceful for the cost!
