Worst Customer Service ever. 1st delivery - only one box of 3 delivered. Rejected delivery. 2nd RE- order and delivery 2 weeks later, and received only 2 of 3 boxes, the 3rd never shipped, and customer service could only offer to re- order again for a 3rd time further delaying the delivery of shipment and a discount coupon. Why would I but anything else when you cannot even get this shipment correct. Pretty sure Wall Mart offers better resolutions and customer service. Highly Disappointed.

Beautiful couch. It’s big a comfy as well. I was disappointed the pieces did not hook together at all so you have to keep adjusting them after people have sat on them a moved them around

The wood is rough in places and the finish a little uneven. It could use a final sanding and having a sealer applied. Overall it’s pretty nice just not top shelf quality. It’s fine for use as daily outside seating.

Well, had this for 2 summers and the cushion ripped. Wayfair said I cannot buy or be given any replacements because it only has a 30 day warranty. Gotta say I was wishing this would last because it’s a nice looking set, just not durable to time.. we even covered it and it’s never been in the weather. So, if you only need something to last for a couple years it’s nice, longer than that, not great. If Wayfair offered to sell replacement cushions that would be a smart move on their part.

I was very excited about this set but do not purchase it. Items in one box were fine but then the chair legs are broken off from an entire side. The pieces also don’t fit together easily nor do they line up. Waiting on Wayfair to get back to me with a resolution but very disappointed with this set. Extremely low quality for the price point.

It’s okay but needs to go inside before the rough weather and also make sure this angle works for your area.
