Umbrella arrived with defect. Poles are attached permanently as is the fabric of umbrella. One pole is positioned oppositely from the fabric pocket. Also, one extension to pole is missing. Been 2 days trying to get this resolved with different emails from China from 2 different reps who obviously don't know how it was made. Never again will I purchase from Joss and Main or Wayfair.

We did not think the fabric was very good quality and the base was so huge you couldn’t push the chairs in or have foot room. We returned it and they were very prompt with refund and very professional. Good service but product was lackluster.
