It took 4 shipments before I received my 2nd white chair. The chair is nice. The people filling the order need to be more careful and actually read the color on the label of the container. The customer service associates I spoke with were helpful and even made a note to the suppliers to check the color. There definitely needs to be improvement with quality control before orders are shipped
