Second shipment worse than the first, great pot but doesnt ship well. Love the look, but unless you can pick it up in the store it will probably arrived cracked.

So bummed…loved these pots and took a chance despite the reviews. The small pot was chopped all around and the large pot was completely broken.

Came broken in box in pieces. Reached out to CS but not reply. :(

Didn't quite look like professional photo, be sure to look at review photos. Plain cement color, chipped in a lot of places, missing cement, and not worth the price.

The product is ok with regards to design. The biggest problem is the packaging. I had to order this twice and each time the planter was shattered into pieces. Let’s see what happens with third replacement order.

Really beautiful pot set, initially the smaller one came damaged, but I had no issue getting a new set, very easy exchange and great customer service.

Like many others have noted- These items are not being shipped properly, the small is inside the large pot and likely damages both along its delivery travels. The colour in the photos is also a flashed in image, so what you will likely get is a greyer version of the planters. They are really lovely, I just wish that they would repackage to that they have a chance of surviving the shipment!!

The planters are so cute, but came broken on arrival not once but twice in a row. They've packaged one planter inside the other without enough protective packaging. Don't waste your time!

These pots are so fabulous! The texture and character is amazing and the larger one was a beautiful addition to my living room shelves. I’m using the smaller one elsewhere with a plant in it! Love these new pieces!

Unfortunately even though I love the esthetic of this planter this is the second time it has arrived completely in pieces.
