The color does not match, completely different color than any of the pictures shown. Missing pull string as shown in the pictures and will not open all the way. You will have a hard time opening it fully. I purchased 7 of them totaling over $1,500 and they would not exchange them. I would look for other umbrellas.

I was so disappointed when this umbrella arrived as it doesn’t look anything like the picture. The wood skeleton of he umbrella is wood but for some reason they painted it a super dark brown which makes the whole thing look cheap and tacky. I don’t know why they painted it. It would have looked great if they hadn’t. I wanted to return it because we just redid our pool patio and got new furniture and I’m scared that when it rains and this umbrella gets wet that the dark paint will run and stain everything near it. I guess I’m not able to return this item so they offered me 20% back. I’m taking that and storing this in the garage for any future use we might have with it that doesn’t involve being near anything that it could ruin.

Quality is not what I had hoped for

While this yellow umbrella is beautiful in color, opening it and securing it in place is so tough. It takes 2 people to do this. I’m waiting to see if the material will clean well.
