Missing screws and parts also some damage. Could not build it. I need a 50% refund or replacement as soon as possible. I have company coming tomorrow and now we don’t have a patio set!

I'm actually surprised by the high quality of the wood finish on this set. The wood is nice and smooth and feels luxurious. Arrived without damage and early. I think like anything wood, one will need to add protectant to it to prevent fading, or let it fade naturally.

Piece broke already! The glue was substandard. Joss and Main (Wayfair) support will not assist. The product is not as described, and has a different name and description on the Safavieh website. Buyer beware.

Please think twice before purchasing this set. I know it looks nice from the photos, but every single chair had issues and was poorly constructed. When I called customer service to report the issues, with photos as proof, the supervisor accused me of being a liar. I will never shop with this company again.
