Ordered 2 Chairs - Once came in damage to the Arm and 2 Cushions crushed. The other back cushion had teak stain on it. Immediately updated the Issue with associated pictures, Zero response... have to return which i really would just like Replacement chairs and or cushions. One Arm has 4 drill holes filled so i believe it was damaged and fixed from another buyer or shipping. You can see the poorly filled holes as they are right on the end of the arm Pictures attached - Mike SF

Horrible furniture! I only had it for 2 short months there is MOLD!!! It is all over the furniture the furniture came CRACKED! The furniture is NOT weather proof! I paid over 5k for this furniture they dont offer manufacturers warranty ...nothing...its like they know this furniture will ROT fast. Im extremely disappointed that such expensive patio furniture is growing mold already in a time where is barely rains! Imagine if it rained. Dont buy, Ive purchased cheaper furniture that has lasted me years. This is totally unacceptable. I called Joss main and they said theres nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!

Heavy duty, very comfortable. Arrived with the wood pegs slightly off alignment. Joss and main took care of us and sent a new one.
