Amazing fine quality merchandise on this lounge frame which was fully bubble wrapped, cushion was with factor wrapped sealed. The reason why I am explaining this is due to the fact that I purchased an open box which was 50 off the price. It was exactly as described in the listing. Thank thank you it fits perfectly with my other decor. Purchased a new condo Sept 2023 and have been looking for the right Chase Lounger for my balcony as this is a well known 5 star Hotel Resort. In my cart full price I noticed there was an open box. Glad I made the change to open box. No regrets 5 star even with door delivery. Plus it arrived a week early. If your have question call the staff was helpful. Henderson requested our decor keeps to it color theme which this Scotia Outdoor Metal chaise lounger does. Sandy~
