Great sofa. I like that cushions are all one piece so they don’t blow away in the wind. Delivery however was a nightmare! Took off work on the delivery day because they needed a signature- no call no show. Next week they just straight up forgot about it and then the third week it was finally delivered. How frustrating!

Overall the quality of the sofa was good. The ottoman, however missed a quality control inspection and had a broken foot and an unsecured seat frame to the main frame. For all pieces the tubular metal on the frame had good welds but some rough cuts left extremely sharp edges. Stamped steel for the piece connectors also had sharp edges. Plenty of excess glue was visible on the underside. For the corner piece the cover was tethered by cloth ties pulled tight against sharp stamped steel corner supports.
