These chairs are sturdy, comfortable, & they look wonderful with our outdoor dining table. My son & I spent approximately an hour putting together 10 of these. I enjoy putting together things, so it wasn’t hard, in my opinion.

We ordered 4 sets and were dismayed when we realized that we had to put them all together! The website says no assembly required and that they come already assembled. That is not the case. They require assembly. And they were missing washers and screws. We had to piece together with items from the hardware store. A lot of work unfortunately.

the chairs arrived and there was not a problem putting them together except for 1 bolt missing and that was easily resolved, thank you. The only other small issue is the back of 1 of the chairs does not have a smooth finish, it is almost like a small surface chip/crack in wood but not worth sending back. your customer service was exceptionally wonderful..
