Beautiful looking umbrella but there’s no crank to open it. You have to manually push it up awkwardly and hope that you’re tall enough to make it to the first hole that you then have to stick a pin into with your free hand to hold it up. Huge design flaw. Only keeping it because it’s too much of a pain to return.

This has nothing to do with your company. The product I received does not match the picture. There is no pulley system or crank to open. It is operationally a challenge. I have to get up on a chair to push open .this is dangerous ... I am giving it one star only for the color...
