Be aware that this umbrella does not have any mechanism to raise the top. It is a difficult task to push it up to the height where the pin holds it. I assumed it had a pulley to achieve that. At my age this is not safe but the umbrella in not returnable so be aware.

These umbrellas do not look good in person. It’s painted wood and the paint is scratched in a few places. It actually looks like it is made of plastic and the quality is noticeably very low. I tried to return and Joss and Main isn’t allowing me. Stay away from this product and probably this company as well. I bought 4 and am losing over a thousand dollars.

This has nothing to do with your company. The product I received does not match the picture. There is no pulley system or crank to open. It is operationally a challenge. I have to get up on a chair to push open .this is dangerous ... I am giving it one star only for the color...
