Fabric Color:Sunset Performance
Says that it is a "pulley lift" opening mechanism and it is truly a "manual lift". And with that, almost impossible to raise it, hold it in place to put the pin in to hold it had desired height and opening.

This has nothing to do with your company. The product I received does not match the picture. There is no pulley system or crank to open. It is operationally a challenge. I have to get up on a chair to push open .this is dangerous ... I am giving it one star only for the color...
