I purchased four Langley outdoor chaise lounge chairs from Joss & Main, spending over $1,800 on the order, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality.
These chairs were advertised as being resistant to weather, UV fading, rust, and mildew, which was one of the reasons I felt comfortable purchasing them. Unfortunately, after only about two years, they are literally falling apart.
For outdoor furniture at this price point, I expected significantly better durability. Two years is simply not an acceptable lifespan for furniture marketed specifically for outdoor use.
I contacted Joss & Main to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. I will update this review depending on how the company handles my complaint.
At this point, I would not recommend these chairs, especially considering the price and how quickly they deteriorated.
