Chair is not dark gray. The chair is black and the rope is dark gray (really dark). It sadly did not coordinate with our (actual gray) dining table. We had to send them back.

To be fair, I’ve only had these for 3 days - but they seem like great quality look expensive. I love that the cushions are connected, so you won’t have the ack cushion flying off when it’s windy. 4 stars because the frame is most definitely NOT a grey aluminum finish as stated in the description - the frame is black. Still works with our table, but just something to note!
