I would give the planters a 5 star for look but the company a 1 for customer service. So it gets a 3. While the planters are nice, the large one came with a dent. The box it came in was not damaged. I have sent two emails with a photo and have not heard back from Wayfair. The email said that I would hear back with 24 hours. That has not been the case. It has now been a week. All I want is an adjustment for a damaged piece. I like them just don’t want to pay full price.
