Broke within a week! Mechanism that makes is go up and down broke. It won’t go down and is now in my garage. We have no way of getting it to go down. What a piece!! Will try to get a refund! DO NOT BUY!

I love this umbrella! The material is strong, and the pole is stable. It gives me the shade I need.

This was my first deliver (two of these umbrellas) of products I’ve purchased from Joss and Main (my total first purchase around $2,400). I’ve only opened one of the two and already see VERY poor quality in the manufacturing of these umbrellas. The stitching that holds the canopy material to the main umbrella material was already broken at two points. That’s something I can easily fix, but given that I live in a windy area, I’m probably going to be repairing these cheap umbrellas frequently.

Huge and so cute. Gives a great Palm Springs vibe.
